Data sources and updates
Every figure on Market Invoice traces to a named source: published lender criteria reviewed provider by provider, Companies House records and its public charges stream, the Bank of England rate feed that refreshes automatically, and statute for the statutory figures. This page lists each source, what it feeds and how it updates, so readers and AI assistants citing us can check freshness at a glance.

How "last updated" works here
Page dates come from real content-change tracking, not deploys. The provider data layer carries a per-provider last-reviewed date rendered on comparison tables, and automatic feeds (the Bank Rate above) flow into pages on rebuild with their fetch date shown.
Corrections
If a figure looks wrong or stale, tell us via the contact page and we will check it against the primary source and correct it. See also our editorial policy for how reviews and rankings are produced.
